STALLIONS

03-12-2011;
Last month the young stallion selection took place in Ermleo, the Netherlands. Almost 400 young stallions tried to get an invitiation to go to the stallion show in Leeuwarden in January 2012. At the end 94 stallions were selected and got automaticly star.
From the stallions who showed their sons for the first time (the K,L,M-year, numbers 437-445), Norbert 444 impressed with 7 sons to go to Leeuwarden. The other ones: Maurits (2), Meinse (3), Olgert (1), Maeije (2) and Maurus (5). Mewes, Michiel and Tjalf did not get any sons invited.

GOOOOOD MORNING AMERICA !!!

During two weeks Rob will run for Iron Spring Farm in the USA at the CDI in Devon (PA) and on the annual friesian keuring.

HORSE SHOWS

In September we participated at horse shows in Scotland, Belgium, Holland, America and in France.

GRADUS 356

15-07-2011;
This week the stallioan Gradus 356 passed away. He passed his last four years of his life in the United States. He was known for the good walk he 'gave' to his offspring. Gradus had about 70 star daughters and one approved son: Tetse 394.

In the night from monday to tuesday mamy got her 13th foal. After three fillies, one colt, three fillies, one colt, three fillies, one colt, she got one more filly. The story continues... This birth was extra special, because the fillie was carried by Rumba, a trotter mare from Haras de la Pomme. The mamas and their daughter go well.

THIRD BOY

On the night from Friday to Saturday Nina gave birth to a healthy son. They are doing very well! Have a look at their video.

FRENCH BREED SHOWS 2011

The french keurings will be organised on September 4 in Lion d'Angers (49) and on September 10 in Englebelmer (80).
Haras de la Bouteillerie will be in Englebelmer. If you want to have your horse presented by us contact us per email: robdebruin@mail.com. Unfortunately we have no more places available to train horses.

CLINIC

29-08-2008;
The next three days Rob will visit Belinda en Bill Wertman in Kirkwood PA (USA). Belinda Nairn-Wertman is an olympic rider and has ridden the famous Goffert (FPS) and rides at this moment KWPN-stallion Sir Sinclair (pic). These days Rob will advise the people of the Iron Spring Farm about the way to the coming horse shows and belinda will refine Robs dressage skills.
